ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Irena
I don't give people answers about their bodies.
I help them develop a language for their own experience.
I work with people who want a more sustainable relationship with their body - one that values clarity, support, and intelligence over force.

My work is shaped by years of observing how bodies organise themselves when they are given time, space, and the right conditions.
Rather than imposing technique or correction, I focus on helping people listen to their own experience and recognise what support actually feels like.

Sessions are paced and responsive. Some are quieter and exploratory; others are more structured and movement-based. What matters is sequencing - meeting the body as it is on the day, rather than asking it to perform.

I tend to work well with people who value awareness, would like to explore more deeply, and are looking for a long-term change.

Training & Approach
I am a certified Mat & Reformer - STOTT ® Pilates instructor, with additional training in Cadillac, Chair and Barrel. I am also certified in the Moving Fascia® Foundations, with ongoing interests in breath, evolutionary anatomy and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS),
My approach reflects a slow, cumulative way of working with the body - prioritising stability, clarity, and continuity over intensity or quick results. I value movement that can be practised consistently and trusted over time, allowing strength and organisation to develop gradually rather than through force..
