The work is paced, precise, and responsive - shaped by how the body organises support before adding load or complexity.

Private Sessions
Private sessions combine Somaground and Alignwood.
​
Somaground focuses on establishing safety, orientation, and support in the body - often through breath, stillness, and subtle movement.
Alignwood brings structure and clarity through more organised, Pilates-based movement.
They are woven together, depending on what the body can carry that day.

Some sessions begin quietly, and feel more exploratory. Others move more clearly into structured movement and strength.
​
The aim is not to push, correct or brace, but to develop:
- clarity of support
- coordination without forcing
- strength that doesn't rely on tension

Somaground Workshops
Somaground workshops explore rest, breath, and subtle movement as ways to restore orientation and support in the body.

These sessions are slower and more exploratory, and may suit those curious about nervous system regulation, recovery, or deeper listening.

Workshops are offered occasionally.
